Hi, I'm Aiden.
I'm a software engineer based in Pennsylvania who can't imagine a world without dogs — that's not marketing copy, it's literally my GitHub bio. I build type-safe systems for humans by day and obsess over canine behavior mechanics whenever I can. Two careers, one obsession: clean feedback loops.
Two lanes, one brain.
Debugging production incidents and debugging reactivity share the same playbook: observe, isolate variables, tighten the loop, ship the fix.
The engineer
I ship backends and full-stack products where boring reliability is the feature.
- NestJS, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL — my default stack for serious SaaS.
- Infrastructure, home-labs, and workflows tuned until deploys feel effortless.
- Marketplace platforms, auth, APIs — systems with clear boundaries and fast feedback loops.
The dog person
I study behavior like it's a distributed system: state, signals, and thresholds.
- Marker timing, threshold management, and turning messy behavior into repeatable reps.
- Building Barkk — software for dog businesses that need booking, payments, and profiles.
- Native tooling for Dr. Karen Overall's Relaxation Protocol and advanced conditioning.
What I'm building.
Barkk
A marketplace platform for dog businesses — the folks who groom, train, walk, and keep our packs thriving.

in progressNative app for logging Dr. Karen Overall's Relaxation Protocol — reps, durations, distractions — for serious conditioning work.
Off the résumé.
I played Taylor in Most Guys Are Losers (2020) — a comedy-drama with Paul Sorvino and Keith David. My real story made it into the script; I played a version of myself on screen.
View on IMDb →I run a home-lab because infrastructure is fun — and the server hum is acceptable white noise for dog naps.
